About the role

Anglers Warehouse is seeking a reliable, motivated and hardworking person to join the team in a permanent full-time Warehouse & Retail Assistant position. This role involves picking, packing and dispatching online customer orders, receiving and organising incoming stock, and maintaining warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

- Picking, packing and dispatching online customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Receiving, unpacking and organising incoming stock

- Preparing and labelling freight for dispatch

- Stock replenishment and general warehouse duties

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workspace

- Assisting with customer enquiries, phone calls and retail sales when required

About you

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude

- Genuine interest in fishing and good knowledge of fishing tackle





- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred but not essential
