About the role

Key responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

- Take food and drink orders accurately and make menu recommendations

- Serve meals and beverages promptly and with care

- Check in with guests to ensure they have a great experience

- Handle payments and maintain a clean, organised dining area

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service running smoothly

About you

- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and presentable

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or willingness to obtain one
