About the role

Consolidated Group is seeking experienced and reliable people to join the FIFO workforce across various mine sites throughout Western Australia. These roles are FIFO from Perth and offer various roster options depending on the project and site requirements. The organisation is particularly interested in people who are flexible, multi-skilled and happy to work across different projects and mine sites as opportunities arise.

Key responsibilities

All-Round Operators:

- Operate a range of mining and civil equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, water carts, rollers, graders, articulated or rigid dump trucks, tip trucks and other mobile plant

MC & HR Truck Drivers:

- Operate a range of heavy vehicles depending on the project, including multi-combination vehicles, side tippers, end tippers, water trucks, service trucks, multi-trailer combinations and mine site and civil haulage vehicles

Servicemen / Service Truck Operators:

- Fuel and lubrication servicing

- Daily plant servicing

- Refuelling mobile equipment

- Basic inspections and defect identification

- Maintaining service records

- Supporting operators and maintenance teams in the field

About you

- Hold a current HR or MC Driver's Licence where applicable

- Hold relevant plant tickets/competencies for operator roles

- Have previous mining, civil, transport or heavy industry experience

- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening





- Be able to meet individual mine site mobilisation requirements

- Hold a current Construction White Card

- Be versatile to work across various FIFO mine sites and roster arrangements

- Have strong communication skills and a safety-focused attitude

- Be able to follow site procedures and complete electronic documentation

- Work well as part of a team
