About the role

We are seeking experienced Formworker Carpenters, Steel Fixers and Concreters to join our dynamic teams on both FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) and metropolitan projects based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on current, significant construction projects. Whether you are based in Perth or willing to work on FIFO arrangements, we have roles available that will challenge and develop your skills. You will be integral to delivering structural excellence and meeting strict project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Construct and install formwork systems, including timber and steel frameworks, to specified designs and safety standards

- Prepare, set out and secure reinforcement steel, ensuring proper placement and compliance with engineering specifications

- Place and finish concrete to a high standard in accordance with design requirements and relevant Australian Standards

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including concrete vibrators, screeds and finishing equipment

- Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery

- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, site-specific procedures and environmental requirements

- Inspect formwork,



reinforcement and concrete work to ensure quality and accuracy before and after installation

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve on-site challenges and maintain productivity

- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by project specifications

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Formworker Carpenter, Steel Fixer or Concreter in mining, commercial or large-scale construction projects

- Current, valid White Card (WH&S; Induction Card) and other relevant trade certifications or licences

- Demonstrated knowledge of formwork systems, steel reinforcement practices and concrete placement techniques

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and engineering plans

- Solid understanding of relevant Australian Standards and building codes applicable to your trade

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship

- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in challenging environmental conditions

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work on FIFO arrangements for relevant projects, with flexibility regarding work locations

- Current drivers' licence (preferred for certain project locations)

- Experience on large-scale or complex construction projects is highly desirable
