About the role

You'll work on serious disputes and advisory work with the support of a boutique team that values clarity, outcomes, and long-term relationships. This is a Junior Lawyer position (1–2 years PAE) in Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, and Dispute Resolution at a boutique practice expanding in Sydney CBD.

Key responsibilities

- Commercial litigation & dispute resolution: strategy, negotiation, mediation and court work

- Personal and corporate insolvency: enforcement, advisory, turnaround and restructuring support

- Administrative law: regulatory investigations, enforcement and Federal Court litigation

- Related advisory and enforcement work as required

About you

- Admitted in NSW (or eligible) and able to hold the relevant practising certificate

- Solid technical skills, sound commercial judgement, and pragmatic drafting

- Confident, client-first communication:



responsive, discreet and reliable

- Experience (or genuine exposure) in one or more of: Federal Court, Supreme Court of NSW, Local Court NSW, Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court Brisbane, Magistrates Court Brisbane, Magistrates' Court Victoria, or County Court Victoria

- Values alignment: strategic, steadfast, human
