We’re now seeking a Civil project manager to join our leadership team — someone who thrives in a team environment and is ready to play a key role in overseeing and managing civil construction projects from commencement through completion.

This role requires strong leadership, practical site experience, machine operator experience, and the ability to coordinate internal machine operators, subcontractor trades and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met.

You will be responsible for managing more than one project at a time - there is an incentive for someone who demonstrates this skillset.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations across civil works

- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials

- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

- Enforce WHS policies, site inductions, and safety compliance





- Interpret and manage construction drawings, plans, and specifications

- Monitor progress against programme and report to Project Manager

- Manage site documentation, daily reports, and QA records

- Liaise with clients, engineers, surveyors, consultants, local authorities as required

- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently

About you:

- Proven experience as a Civil project manager

- Robust background in civil construction (earthworks, drainage, civil infrastructure, road works)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities

- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans

- High attention to detail and quality outcomes

- Hold appropriate trade qualifications or relevant experience
