About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, competent experienced Dermal Therapist with a genuine passion for skin health, advanced technologies and helping clients achieve their individual skin goals.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments and laser technologies, a strong understanding of skin anatomy and physiology, and the ability to confidently assess skin concerns and develop personalised treatment plans.

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional treatments,



building long-term client relationships and contributing to our reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 4 years' experience working with advanced skin treatments and laser technologies in a clinical environment.

- Current Laser Safety Certificate – essential.

- Relevant qualifications in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science or Beauty Therapy.

- Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, skin conditions and treatment protocols.

- Experience with laser and light-based technologies, including IPL, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing treatments.

- Confidence performing advanced skin consultations, assessments and personalised treatment planning.

- Experience with Microneedling, peels, Hydrafacial, Ultraformer and other advanced skin treatments.

- Strong sales and consultation skills, with the confidence to recommend personalised treatment plans, packages and professional skincare products.

- Proven ability to achieve KPIs, including treatment revenue, retail sales, client retention and rebooking targets. Earn COMMISSIONS

- Results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional treatment outcomes, client satisfaction and high standards of clinical care.

- A strong commitment to clinical safety, treatment protocols and ongoing professional development.
