We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Specialist to support a major technology transformation program within a large, complex government-owned organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute skilled to take ownership of complex contract management activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and risk management across a high-profile technology program.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex technology contracts and commercial arrangements across a major transformation program.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract variations, amendments and supplier performance management
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Identify, assess and mitigate commercial, contractual and supplier-related risks.
- Oversee commercial aspects of Statements of Work, payment milestones, contract changes and supplier obligations.




- Lead procurement activities and negotiations to achieve value-for-money outcomes.
- Prepare commercial reports, recommendations, governance papers and executive briefings.

Skills & Experience Required

- 8-10+ years' experience in complex contract management, commercial management and supplier performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology, ICT or operational technology contracts.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, including contract variations, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
- Proven experience working within major programs or complex transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, contract governance and commercial risk management.
- Experience managing strategic technology vendors and complex supplier relationships.
