The Opportunity:

You will be managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and employee engagement while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with our company values. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be part of a fast-paced company that focuses on:

- Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, probation, seamless onboarding, off boarding and internal movements, policy updates and process improvement

- Maintain accurate employee records, policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity HRIS (Martian Logic will be highly regarded)

- A working knowledge of Fair Work requirements, the NES and modern awards

- Leading investigations and conflict resolution under the guidance of the Managing Director

- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance concerns, grievances and workplace issues

- Preparing employment contracts, variations and other employee documentation

- Assist with annual audits and performance review processes





- Assisting with OHS/WHS activities, WorkCover & day to day workplace legislation and matters

- Contribute to key strategic projects (e.g. culture initiatives, leadership development actions, and capability uplift programs)

- Assist with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, including minute-taking, documentation collation, and follow-up action

About you:

- 3+ years’ experience in a HR Advisor or similar Generalist role is preferred

- Curiosity and a growth mindset, a desire to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas

- Practical employee relations experience and sound judgement about when to seek guidance

- The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

- A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service are paramount

- Warm professional communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across the organisation

- HR qualification (Degree) preferred
