Do you have a passion for turning great ideas into campaigns that drive real results? We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns that grow the Kingspan Insulation brand across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the ANZ General Manager – Marketing, you'll lead the planning and delivery of campaigns, digital marketing, events, product launches and customer communications that support business growth and strengthen our brands.

Working closely with our Sales, Account Management and Specification teams, you'll educate the market, influence decision-makers and bring marketing ideas to life.

This is a hands-on role with the autonomy to make it your own, backed by a collaborative team. Key responsibilities will include but nor limited to:

- Campaigns: Execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, trade media, industry publications, events and product launches, and develop annual event calendars for residential, commercial and specification markets

- Lead generation: Deliver lead generation and nurture programmes that lift awareness, specification opportunities, and contractor, builder and merchant engagement

- Digital and content: Manage Australia digital activity and coordinate on-brand content such as case studies, brochures, video and website pages

- Events: Manage trade shows, CPD programmes, customer and industry events, and measure ROI





- Reporting: Use HubSpot and Dynamics 365 to track performance, produce monthly reports and present insights to senior leadership

- Sales partnership: Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and drive commercial outcomes

What You’ll Bring

You will thrive in this role if you:

- Have proven 4-5 years' experience in marketing, campaign management or a similar role.

- Like building strong relationships with sales teams and translating technical information into compelling marketing.

- Are confident managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work to deadlines.

- Take ownership, back yourself to make decisions and enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy.

- Curious, commercially minded and always looking for better ways to engage customers.

- Enjoy working with purpose and want to help shape healthier, more sustainable buildings across Australia.

- Experience within construction, manufacturing, building products or another technical industry will be highly regarded.
