Estate Vaucluse House is a beautiful restaurant and historic wedding venue, set in 10 hectares of picturesque grounds and lush gardens. The property features a farmers garden, the historic Vaucluse House and several unique event locations on site.

The Role

We are currently seeking a senior waiter to join our full time team and help make this stunning location their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional or promising assistant manager who is ready to take the next step.

The role will have the full support of senior management along with plenty of scope for future development and exposure to weddings & events.

Key responsibilities include,

- Deliver and continue to improve on our sequence of service

- Daily restaurant set up, floor plan and ambience

- Engage and build relationships with all patrons





- Collaborate with events team to deliver exceptional events

- Show genuine care and a fine eye to detail

- Oversee section and assist management

The Ideal Candidate must have:

- A qualified and proactive approach with a positive attitude

- Immaculate presentation

- A friendly personality

- Barista experience

- The ability to perform under pressure and be adaptable
