What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming patients in person and over the phone

- Booking appointments and managing patient enquiries

- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records

- Processing Medicare claims, billing and payments

- Assisting clinical staff with general administrative tasks

- Keeping reception and waiting areas organised and welcoming

About You

- Friendly, approachable and organised





- Comfortable working in a busy team setting

- Good communication and basic computer skills

- Reliable, flexible and willing to learn

- Previous medical reception experience is preferred but not essential
