JSMC Holdings is a 100% Australian owned and operated business with more than 15 years in the industry, specialising in workshop lifting equipment and hoists, GPS systems, dash cameras and automotive accessories with their head office based in Perth (Bibra Lake) and teams working across Australia.

With a strong focus on customer service, technical expertise and delivering on its commitments, they have built their approach around quality, integrity and long-term customer relationships. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a skilled leader into the role of Operations Manager to strengthen the team and operational capabilities to support the next stage of their development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

- Working closely with the General Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business, leading Perth-based and remote teams across Australia, driving performance, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.

- This is a hands-on, office-based leadership role were you will have the opportunity to influence how the business operates, introduce effective systems and improvement initiatives, develop staff capability and help build a positive, accountable team culture.

- Oversee day-to-day business operations, resources and administration through the review and implementation of systems, processes and operational workflows.

- Manage staff performance, recruitment, onboarding and development - driving operational efficiency, productivity and service delivery to our team and customers.

- Monitor business performance,



operating costs and budgets, building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.

- The role is office-based with occasional interstate travel to engage with our remote teams (approx. every 2-3 months)

ABOUT YOU

- Commercially astute leader who knows how to get the best out of people, industry experience across automotive, technical services, engineering or trade-related sectors would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in YOU - the person behind the resume.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role, with strong people leadership skills including coaching, performance management and team development.

- Experience within a growing SME or similarly hands-on business setting will be advantageous along with excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.

- Confidence working independently, taking initiative and making sound business decisions.

- Strong computer literacy and experience with business management systems.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- Base salary $120k - $140k p/a + super.

- Office based, Monday-Friday.

- Autonomy, we're not micro managers - and equally we're looking for someone who is confident working independently, taking ownership and making the role their own.
