About the role

Tropicana is looking for a passionate FOH leader to join the team. Whether you're an experienced Manager or a robust Supervisor ready to step up, we're looking for someone confident, hands-on and hospitality-focused. The role is open to shaping around the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Lead service and ensure consistently high standards of food, beverage and customer experience

- Open and close the venue and ensure all operational procedures are followed

- Troubleshoot issues quickly and confidently during service

- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the venue

- Ensure music, lighting, styling and general ambience remain consistent with the Tropicana brand

- Manage ordering and stock levels across food, beverage and venue supplies

- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality

- Build relationships with regular customers and the local community

- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues before they escalate

- Ensure RSA,



food safety, WHS and other relevant requirements are followed

About you

- Previous experience in a Supervisor or FOH Manager role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Confidence in running busy services

- A hands-on attitude — you lead from the floor, not the office

- Solid bar knowledge (cocktails, wine, the classics)

- A genuine love for hospitality and people

- Availability across weekends and peak periods

- Ensure staff understand and comply with workplace policies
