Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional table service within your designated section, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, providing recommendations and confidently answering guest questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service delivery.
- Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming and engaging dining atmosphere.
- Work closely with runners, bartenders, hosts and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any service issues.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and table maintenance throughout service.
- Assist with venue opening and closing duties as required.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with all venue policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members during busy service periods.
- Help establish service standards and contribute to the success of the opening team.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant service role.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with wine knowledge highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional,



friendly and confident approach to guest interactions.
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- A team-first mentality and willingness to support those around you.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA certification.
