We’re a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across two face-to-face sales divisions. Our team represents established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community-based fundraising campaigns.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work alongside an energetic field team across different Sydney locations. You’ll meet current people every day, start genuine conversations, communicate important campaigns and inspire suitable customers to provide ongoing support.

It’s social, active and performance-driven, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a team and having clear goals to chase.

Previous sales experience is valuable but not essential. We provide fully paid training, daily coaching and hands-on support from your first day.

You bring the personality, reliability and willingness to improve. We’ll help you turn it into something.

What you’ll receive

- $38.50–$45 per hour, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic earning potential of $90K–$130K OTE

- Fully paid training from your first day

- Monday–Friday hours with shorter Fridays
