The Role

A rare opportunity to join one of the world's most recognisable luxury brands in a key finance role. As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AP function, working closely with the Financial Accountant and broader Finance team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This is a permanent, full time position offering a $87,500 package and the prestige of working for a globally recognised luxury brand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the full accounts payable function including invoice processing, coding, and approvals
- Processing weekly vendor payments and preparing remittances
- Maintaining and updating the vendor database and resolving supplier inquiries
- Processing employee expense claims
- Preparing and analysing aged payables reports for management
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes on an ad-hoc basis




- Providing invoice approval system support to internal users

The Ideal Candidate

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in a similar AP or finance role
- Experience with SAP highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
