We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and play an important role in the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting through warm and cold calling to generate new business opportunities

- Building, maintaining and managing client databases

- Booking and coordinating client appointments and property appraisals

- Attending and assisting with open homes and auctions

- Attending property photography appointments and building and pest inspections

- Conducting buyer appointments and managing buyer enquiries

- Following up with prospective buyers and maintaining regular communication

- Providing professional and timely communication to clients throughout the sales process

About You

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, committed to personal growth and motivated to achieve outstanding results.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 6–12 months’ real estate experience (preferred)





- Previous sales experience, which will be highly regarded

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A high level of self-discipline, motivation and initiative

- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach

- Solid attention to detail

- A current Queensland driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle
