We’re looking for a passionate Greenkeeper | Turf Technician to join our Yards' Family: someone who gets real satisfaction in obtaining the best turf in the street to join our award-winning team.

We are trusted to maintain some of Brisbane’s most beautiful private properties, with the kind of lawns that make people slow down, look twice, and quietly wish theirs looked the same.

You’ll take ownership of your sites and produce work you’re proud to put your name to.

To be clear, this is not volume mowing and blowing. This is high-standard, detail-focused turf care, where quality, nutrition, and holistic management matter.

About the Role

You'll be working hands-on across some of Brisbane's most beautiful properties, focusing on:

- Professional turf care.

- Weed, pest & disease control.

- Minor irrigation troubleshooting.

- Operation of professional turf care equipment (self-propelled mowers, line trimmers, scarifiers, cylinder mowers, aerators & more).

What We're Looking For

- Genuine passion for premium turf care: the drive to create the best lawn in the street for our clients.

- Experience in turf maintenance (essential)

- Qualification in Greenkeeping, Sports Turf Management, or similar (ideal).

- Experience in lawn renovations.

- Solid attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
