Melbourne Concrete Coatings is looking for an experienced, reliable and hard working Floor levelling and Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced installer who can work efficiently, follow correct installation procedures and contribute to a qualified team.
Key responsibilities
Floor Levelling:
- Check floor levels and mark accordingly
- Grind concrete as required ( includes choice of diamond tools)
- apply primer and mix self leveller
- Apply self leveller as required
- Any other work related to floor levelling
Epoxy Coatings
- Operating concrete grinders and other flooring equipment
- Mixing and applying epoxy primers, coatings and floor finishes
- Cutting in edges and rolling epoxy
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean,
organised and safe work environment
About you
- Proven, hands-on experience in floor levelling and installing epoxy flooring
- A sound understanding of concrete preparation and grinding
- Experience applying epoxy coatings and working with flooring products
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A current Construction White Card preferred
- A current driver's licence preferred
