About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and support recruitment across a diverse range of operational and corporate portfolios. As a project recruiter, you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business, giving you the opportunity to support a variety of hiring needs as priorities shift.

One day you might be partnering with leaders across our corporate portfolio, recruiting Receptionists, Administrators, Facilities Coordinators and other office-based professionals. The next, you could be supporting recruitment campaigns for Utilities Workers, Trade Assistants, Housekeepers, Chefs, or Village Services roles across our remote sites. This variety allows you to build broad business knowledge and develop into a true recruitment generalist.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and sees recruitment as more than just filling jobs. We want someone who gets excited about solving workforce challenges, building talent pipelines, and partnering with leaders to make great hiring decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working as a project recruiter across multiple portfolios, supporting hiring needs wherever the business requires.

- Managing a diverse mix of corporate, operational and frontline vacancies.

- Recruiting for a broad range of positions including Administration, Reception, Facilities Management, Trade Assistants, Utilities Workers, Hospitality and Site Services roles.

- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and provide recruitment solutions.

- Building talent pipelines before vacancies arise.

- Conducting candidate screenings, interviews and assessment activities to identify top talent.

- Having 20+ candidate conversations each week and quickly identifying those who will thrive at Sodexo.





- Running assessment centres and meeting candidates face-to-face where required.

- Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and proactive search techniques.

- Managing onboarding, compliance and mobilisation activities to ensure candidates are ready to start.

- Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

- Continuously looking for ways to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Sourcing.

- Enjoy working in a quick-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

- Can confidently manage multiple vacancies across different portfolios and job families.

- Adapt quickly and enjoy switching between corporate, hospitality, facilities management and operational recruitment.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do.

- Are naturally curious and enjoy learning about different parts of a business.

- See recruitment as a strategic function, not just a transactional process.
