The Role

As our Lead Architect, you will be the primary visionary for our luxury residential portfolio. You will lead the studio through the complexities of high-end builds, ensuring that every detail—from the initial sketch to the final bespoke finish—is executed with precision.

Your core duties will include:

- Spearheading the design and delivery of multi-million dollar luxury residences.

- Translating client dreams into sophisticated, constructible architectural realities.

- Managing high-net-worth client relationships with discretion and expertise.

- Navigating complex DA/CC submissions for premium sites.

Who You Are





We require an Architect who balances elite design sensibilities with a "boots on the ground" work ethic. Reliability and a sense of personal responsibility are non-negotiable.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience, with a proven track record specifically in luxury home design.

- NSW Architecture Registration is preferred.

- Exceptional Attitude: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a start-up culture.

- Reliability: You are the person the team and clients can count on, every time.

- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of high-end materials, bespoke detailing, and Revit.
