PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Team Member is responsible for preparing and serving food to the customers. Additionally, they will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.

SCOPE & MAGNITUDE

This role ensures that all customers have a great experience by following recipes and procedures accurately and attending to our customers in a timely and friendly manner.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

Customer Service

- Attending to and exceeding customers’ needs as the primary focus.

- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly and engaging at all times.

- Resolving any difficult customer enquiries promptly and with ease ensuring a positive outcome.

Food preparation

- Following recipes accurately to prepare food

- Adhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards

Workplace Safety

- Following all Zambrero’s WHS procedures.

- Report any hazards identified during a shift.

- Complete all required atlas learning module.

Cleaning

- Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas,



dining room and general restaurant

- Ensuring that the restaurant looks presentable at all times

Sales

- Engage with marketing promotions to maximise sales potential

- Adhere to and promote new procedures and products when implemented

- Be aware of restaurant goals and targets to best contribute towards achieving them

Ad hoc

- Anything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give the customers a great experience
