Solar Electrical Scheduler / Parts Person

About the Role

As a Scheduler & Spare Parts Assistant, you’ll be integral to the organisational heartbeat of the team—keeping our Electrical, Solar, HVAC, and Plumbing technicians on track and our customers happy.

This role is adaptable suited for part time or permanent. We require full 8 hour days,with a minimum of 3 days up to 5 days weekly. It’s an opportunity to thrive in a role that understands and values teamwork.

You’ll play a vital role in assisting and coordinating daily schedules, supporting technicians, and handling customer phone calls, plus a variety of administrative tasks to ensure jobs run seamlessly.

We’re looking for a proactive, clear-thinking individuals with strong computer and I.T. skills. Previous experience in Solar, Electrical or a building or trade-related environment is prefered. You’ll need an exceptional phone manner for both inbound and outbound calls, solid knowledge of Adelaide suburbs, and enjoy problem-solving. The Role:





- Taking high volume inbound customer direct phone calls, gathering client information and informing customers of options, scheduling and logging Bookings.

- Monitor and respond to online platforms, emails and text customer enquiries.

- Have experience with 3CX phone system or similar, use headsets and learn A.I program.

- Assist with quotes, orders, insurance claims and government paperwork to support high-quality service delivery.

- Handle customer data confidentially and responsibly.

- Keep accurate records and update databases within our systems
