We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Storeperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, good organisational skills and confidence assisting customers and using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for collection or delivery.

- Customer Service: Assist customers in person, answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.

- Order Processing: Take customer orders and accurately enter them into our computer system.

- Stock & Warehouse Duties: Conduct stocktakes, assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

- Collections & Deliveries:



Collect goods from suppliers and deliver customer orders.

- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift within the warehouse, subject to holding the appropriate licence.

Experience and Qualities We’re Looking For

- A current driver’s licence is required; an automatic licence is sufficient.

- A forklift licence is desirable but not mandatory.

- Previous warehouse or customer service experience will be highly regarded.

- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

- Good attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.

- A reliable, helpful approach and commitment to working safely.
