About the role

We're looking for a Recruiter to support our Area Managers with high-volume seasonal recruitment across our Christmas photography sets. You'll help us find the elves, Chief Elves, and team who bring our sets to life - managing candidate communication, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring every candidate has a warm, professional experience. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role. You'll work closely with Area Managers, Talent & Capability, and our central support functions to make sure we have the right people in the right places, at the right time.

Key responsibilities

- Support Area Managers with high-volume recruitment across multiple sites

- Assist with screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

- Manage candidate communication across phone, email, and recruitment platforms

- Track candidate progress and ensure compliance requirements are met before onboarding

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly progress updates

- Coordinate with Admin to ensure timely onboarding and system entry

- Ensure every candidate has a warm, professional experience – whether they're hired or not





About you

- Experience in recruitment, or high-volume coordination

- Solid communication and organisational skills

- Confidence using recruitment platforms and systems - (we teach you.)

- A people-first mindset - you care about the candidate experience

- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure

- A team-first attitude - happy to jump in and help wherever needed
