About the role

Working closely with management, you will play an important role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring customers receive excellent service from their initial enquiry through to delivery. This is a varied position combining sales, customer service, administration, logistics and office management.

Key responsibilities

- Answering phone calls, emails and customer enquiries

- Assisting customers with product information and pricing

- Preparing and following up quotes

- Converting enquiries into sales and building customer relationships

- Responding to website and social media enquiries

- Managing general office administration and daily paperwork

- Preparing invoices, purchase orders and other documentation

- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records

- Coordinating deliveries and scheduling truck drivers

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and the yard team

About you

- Previous experience in sales, administration, logistics or office management

- Strong customer service and communication skills





- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Confidence using computers, email and business software

- Experience preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating deliveries

- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

- A practical, problem-solving attitude

- The ability to work independently while supporting the wider team

- A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers

- Experience in landscaping, building supplies, construction, transport or a trade-related business will be highly regarded
