We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Mainetance Planner to join our processing team in Tennant Creek.

In this role the Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining short and long-term maintenance plans to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of fixed plant and mobile equipment across the Tennant Creek mining operation. The role works closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to maximise equipment availability, minimise downtime, and ensure maintenance work is executed safely and efficientd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain weekly, fortnightly, and shutdown maintenance schedule & create detailed work packs, including labour requirements, parts, tools, permits, and safety documentation.

- Plan preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for fixed plant and mobile equipment & coordinate with site supervisors and operations personnel to optimise maintenance windows.

- Ensure all maintenance tasks are planned and ready for execution before scheduled dates.

- Review maintenance backlog and prioritise work based on risk and operational requirements & monitor equipment performance trends and assist in identifying reliability improvement opportunities.

- Track planned versus completed maintenance activities and report KPI performance.





- Coordinate shutdown planning activities and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.

- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts, materials, and contractor services.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system & assist in the development of maintenance strategies and asset management plans.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in maintenance planning within mining, heavy industry, or processing environments

- Previous experience with Mex (desirable)

- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and asset management principles

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals

- Current driver's licence / National Police Check

- Relevant trade qualification or engineering qualification (desirable)
