An established North Shore real estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team.

You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio, building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants and making sure every property is managed to a high standard.

The role covers rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears, repairs and maintenance, routine inspections and tenancy matters, including NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal proceedings.

The agency takes a practical approach to flexibility, so you can manage a senior portfolio while still keeping a healthy balance outside of work.

Previous residential property management experience is required. You’ll be organised,



confident with landlords and tenants and comfortable handling complex tenancy matters.

This would suit an experienced Property Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Property Manager looking for a more balanced working week without stepping back in their career.

The role offers a $130,000 package and a Monday to Friday working week.
