All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an EL1 Lead Investigators for a temporary role for approx. 12 months with possibility of extension.

Duties include:
Lead a team responsible for delivering the DVAs investigation objectives, with a focus on partnership and support across the DVA, our Division and our regulatory/enforcement partner agencies.
Case manage and quality assure complex and sensitive investigations, resulting in high-quality planning, evidence collection, briefs of evidence and reports.
Develop capability that reflects effective, cutting-edge practice and contemporary/traditional investigative strategies tools and techniques.
Promote awareness of the department’s payment integrity response framework.
Review and report on investigations based on program and payment integrity with monitoring of actions to address identified challenges.
Provide analysis of the findings and outcomes relating to the maturity of the department’s payment integrity and fraud capability, including investigations.
Develop and implement department initiatives to enhance investigations.
Develop and maintain high-level working relationships key partner agencies including the Office of Department of Public Prosecutions (Cth) and other government and law enforcement entities.
Assist with the execution of out of office investigative and operational activity, which may require domestic air travel and overnight stays.
Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting One security clearance and national police check.
Have demonstrated experience contributing to high volumes of complex work to a high standard.
Have advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of products.
Have robust written and verbal communication skills.
Have sound judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
