About the role

Lennox Street Local is a recent neighbourhood café in Richmond from the team behind Butter Days Bakery. We're looking for experienced senior FOH people, skilled baristas and casual café all-rounders to join us from the beginning. We'll be serving Allpress coffee, Butter Days pastries, toasties, jaffles and a straightforward food offering.

Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café
Lead service and help make Lennox your own
Be confident with customers and work in a small team
Take responsibility for service and general café duties
Make great coffee with pride and consistency
Look after customers
Get involved across service and general café duties

About you
Solid hospitality experience
Confident with customers and work well in a team
Reliable and take initiative




Care about what you do
Solid coffee experience and know your way around an espresso machine
Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality
Keen to learn and become part of the team
Restaurant experience is a plus

Lennox is the sister venue to Butter Days Bakery in Malvern. We're a small independent team excited to build something special across both businesses. There's room to bring ideas, have a voice and grow with us. For the right senior candidate, there's a genuine prospect to take ownership of Lennox and eventually step into more responsibility across both venues.
