An established finance business is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Senior Broker to take ownership of its brokerage function and help build the next stage of the business.

This is an prospect to join a growing business where you will have genuine autonomy to shape the brokerage model, improve processes and introduce new technology and automation.

Position

As Founding / Lead Broker, you will initially operate as a hands-on broker while taking ownership of the broader brokerage function. Your focus will be on scaling the brokerage quickly and effectively, improving conversion, reducing settlement drop-outs and creating a more productive, technology-led operation.

You will have significant input into the development of systems, processes and KPIs, while working closely with leadership to identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

On Offer is a salary of $80K - $100K + Super + Uncapped Commission structure

We are looking for an experienced Finance Broker, Mortgage Broker or Asset Finance Broker with a strong understanding of the end-to-end lending and settlement process.

You will need a proven track record of converting leads, managing a robust pipeline and delivering commercial results, with a genuine focus on revenue and growth.

Experience or a strong interest in AI, automation and technology-led process improvement will be highly regarded. The successful candidate should be someone who naturally looks for ways to make processes faster, smarter and more scalable.

You will also need an entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset, with the confidence to build rather than simply maintain an existing operation. Strong leadership qualities and a desire to build, coach and lead a team will be essential.
