An exciting chance for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a growing construction group, managing major projects valued between $30M and $150M across electrical, hydraulics, security and technology.

With a growing focus on the data centre market, this role offers the prospect to take ownership of commercial performance across large-scale projects while working closely with senior leadership, construction and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage head contracts, subcontracts, variations and contractual notices.
Prepare progress claims, payment schedules and manage subcontractor payments.
Monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts and cash flow.
Manage bank guarantees, retentions and contractual compliance.
Oversee subcontractor administration and material forecasting.
Improve commercial systems and processes using AI and technology.

About You




5–7+ years' Contract Administration experience in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts and Security of Payment legislation.
Experience with progress claims, variations, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong Excel, communication and stakeholder management skills.
An interest in AI and process improvement.
