An exciting prospect for a technically solid Senior Program Accountant to play a key role in a major employee entitlements remediation program within a complex organisation.

You’ll bring together accounting expertise, data analysis and compliance to investigate financial discrepancies, support accurate entitlement calculations and deliver robust, audit-ready reporting.

Key responsibilities:
Manage program budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
Analyse complex financial and payroll data, identifying discrepancies and risks.
Strengthen financial controls, compliance processes and data integrity.
Provide transparent insights and advice to senior stakeholders.




Drive process improvements and support audit and remediation activities.

About you:
CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting membership.
Robust experience in financial analysis, reconciliations and compliance.
Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, the Fair Work Act and employee entitlements.
Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
