Southern Cross Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant for a permanent part time role, 56 hours per fortnight. You will deliver person-centred support to clients in their homes, helping maintain independence with a focus on dementia care.

A current Australian driver's licence and own insured vehicle are mandatory, with travel time and motor vehicle allowance provided. You will join a supportive team, gain access to the Bee Well discounts program, and enjoy salary packaging to maximise take-home
