We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join a gold mining operation on an 8:6 FIFO roster in Western Australia.
This is a excellent chance for an organised and proactive administrator with previous mining experience and solid knowledge of INX systems.
The Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support to site operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports and site documentation.
Manage personnel onboarding, inductions and training records.
Update and maintain employee and contractor details within INX.
Assist with mobilisation, compliance and access requirements.
Liaise with site management, supervisors and contractors.
Support general office coordination and administrative duties.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a site administration role within mining or resources.
Demonstrated experience using INX systems is essential.
Solid computer skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
Current driver's licence and ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening, as required.
Roster & Location
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
Location: FIFO to a gold mine in Western Australia
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
