Full-Time Scheduler – Remote (Sydney, NSW)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Scheduler to join our team in a full time, fully remote role.

This is a busy position that requires someone who can manage competing priorities, stay organised under pressure, and communicate confidently with clients, clinicians, and other team members.

The successful candidate will be based in Sydney and have previous scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and a suitable home office where they can work productively with minimal distractions.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Communicate with clients, clinicians, and internal team members to ensure schedules run smoothly.
Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and competing priorities efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and scheduling information.
Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, coordination,



or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to manage a busy workload, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
Confidence communicating with a range of people in a fast-paced environment.
A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable home office or dedicated workspace.
The ability to work from home with minimal background noise and distractions.
Current residence in Sydney, NSW, and availability for full-time work.

Experience in healthcare scheduling, rostering, or coordinating appointments is highly regarded.
