Description

What will you be doing?
Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.
Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors
Manage and oversee service delivery, work in progress and defect reporting
Operate across both testing and repair fire service staff and assisting staff with delivering outcomes to clients
Attending monthly client meetings and reporting on client key performance indicators




Focus on bringing in recent work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.

Skills And Experiences

What do we need?
Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with Delivery responsibility for a service department
Robust management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
Minor works service experience, including estimating and project delivery
High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal
Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
Expertise in using an Enterprise system
