Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based in South Yarra, VIC. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain security system features and benefits, and provide tailored product and service recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and supporting the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to closing.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with technical staff to ensure smooth installation and service delivery,



and contributing to in-store or in office promotional activities. The Salesperson is expected to uphold high standards of customer care and represent ADACS Security Systems in a professional manner.

Qualifications
Demonstrated sales skills including lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing transactions in a customer-facing environment.
Strong customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Basic understanding of security systems or related technology (alarms, CCTV, access control) and willingness to learn product details quickly.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Comfort working on-site in South Yarra, VIC, including occasional evening or weekend shifts as required.
Proficiency with computers and common office software; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Previous experience in retail, security, or technical product sales is highly beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and support teams and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
