Role: Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: Australia

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, governance, application development, and digital workflow transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture, governance standards, and platform roadmaps.
Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and custom portals.
Design secure enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures.
Lead solution design reviews, technical workshops, and architecture decisions.
Mentor technical teams and drive ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-secure development.
