Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery role based in Parramatta, NSW.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations across the diamond and luxury jewellery range. Typical day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, explaining quality and design features, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the showroom is presentable, and supporting inventory checks and stock management.

The Sales

Executive will also follow up with clients,



build long-term relationships, and support promotional activities and events to drive sales and enhance the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications
Solid retail and luxury sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing techniques in a high-end setting.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, professional, and trustworthy experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and confident presentation when discussing product details.
Attention to detail and product knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and explain diamond grades, precious metals, and jewellery designs.
Basic numerical, POS, and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in processing payments, invoices, and sales documentation.
Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or peak trading hours as required, and to collaborate effectively with a small boutique team.
Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-value product sales is highly desirable.
