Caudalie is seeking a part-time Sales & Education Contractor, operating as an independent sole trader, across Sephora stores.

This dynamic, hands-on role combines retail sales excellence, education, and premium brand representation. As a Caudalie ambassador, you will drive in-store performance while elevating the product knowledge and engagement of Sephora team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance
Drive robust retail results across flagship Sephora locations.
Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Training & Education
Deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to Sephora staff.
Build team confidence in recommending Caudalie products.
Ensure accurate, consistent brand messaging across all interactions.

Brand Representation
Maintain premium visual merchandising and display standards.
Champion Caudalie’s commitment to sustainability, efficacy, and luxury.
Create elevated and memorable in-store customer experiences.

Relationship Building




Develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams and management.
Act as the primary point of contact between Caudalie and retail partners.
Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing in-store environment.

Operations
Manage stock levels, testers, and merchandising materials.
Ensure all displays are well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked.
Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance, training activity, and store insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in retail sales and/or beauty training.
Robust sales-driven mindset with a record of achieving targets.
Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities.
Solid relationship-building skills.
