Sales Consultant – Tapware & Bathrooms

Spigot and More is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused team member to join our growing tapware and bathroom supplies business in Truganina.

This is a hands-on role combining builder relationships, client selections, interior design, quoting, order processing and project coordination.

Our business is primarily B2B, working with builders and their clients, so an understanding of the residential building process and an eye for design will be a big advantage.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain relationships with builders and their clients.

Assist clients with tapware, bathroom product, interior design and colour selections.

Help clients choose products that complement their home designs, finishes and budgets.

Read and interpret residential house plans and understand building layouts.

Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately.

Coordinate deliveries and liaise with builders, clients and suppliers.

Track orders, follow up on outstanding items and assist with project management.

Support showroom sales, stock management and general business operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in building supplies,



bathroom products, interior design, colour consulting or the residential building industry.

Ability to read and understand house plans.

Some project management or building coordination experience.

Solid communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

Positive computer skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

A proactive, organised and reliable attitude.

A current Australian driver's licence is essential.

Hindi and/or Punjabi language skills are highly regarded.

Work closely with builders and clients on residential projects.

Combine sales, design, product selection and project coordination in one role.
