About the role

As Sports Presentation Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for the planning, admin and logistics that make game day happen. You'll keep documents up to date, bookings confirmed and stakeholders informed, so our production team and partners can deliver on the day. This is a part time position 3 days per week plus event days, with genuine potential to grow into a full time role as our sports presentation work expands.

Key responsibilities
Preparing, updating and distributing run sheets, schedules and contact lists
Booking and confirming suppliers, crew, talent and performers
Coordinating accreditation, access, parking and catering for staff and guests
Tracking sponsor and partner deliverables and keeping records of what's been fulfilled
Collecting and organising content, assets and approvals from clubs and sponsors
Organising meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
Managing purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking for each event
Supporting the team on site on game day with check-ins, briefings and logistics
Compiling post-event reports and keeping project files organised

About you
Experience in an events, admin, coordination or project support role




Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident juggling multiple deadlines and priorities
Clear, professional communicator by email, phone and in person
Strong skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets
Proactive and reliable, with a can-do attitude
An interest in sport and live events
Available for some evenings, weekends and game days
Current driver's licence; Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one
