Dunn & Watson Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team in a full-time role (40 hours per week).

You’ll be the voice of Dunn & Watson, assisting customers via phone, email, online messaging, and in person at our Brisbane showroom.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing sales and product enquiries across our extensive range of 4x4, transport and utility vehicle accessories
Providing customer service via phone, email and online platforms
Preparing invoices and processing sales
Handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintaining transparent, professional communication with customers and team members
Following and improving internal sales system processes
Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in telephone or retail sales




A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Confidence working in a fast paced workplace
A team player with initiative and a proactive attitude
Passion for learning new systems, products and skills
Current driver’s licence and reliable punctuality

Bonus points for: Knowledge of 4WD, camping or touring accessories (not essential — we’ll support you in learning!)
