About the role

Spreyton Bakery is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Bakery Shop Assistant to join our team in Spreyton, Tasmania.

1x Senior Role (experience required)

1x Casual Role (experience not necessary but would be an advantage)

This is a casual position that will see you providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our bakery.

What you'll be doing
Serving customers
Replenishing and maintaining the presentation of product displays
Handling cash and card payments in a qualified manner
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the shop

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service & coffee making will be highly regarded.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, polite demeanour
Positive numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card payments accurately




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Be available Monday - Saturday with various shift including most Saturdays and closing shifts
