Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We’re on the hunt for a Sales Administrator to join our high performing team on the Gold Coast.

In this energetic role, you’ll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a robust team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing appraisal and listing kits
Coordinating marketing collateral and listing content
Supporting auction and open home preparation
Managing online portals and property listings
Manage and qualify phone calls
General administrative, office and ad-hoc support across the office
Office Stock/stationary management

Bonus Experience (Not Required):
Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud
Confidence using Canva for property marketing material

About You:
Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential




Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and within a team
