The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to support our procurement operations. This role is key in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, while maintaining robust supplier relationships and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day purchasing operations, including placing orders and tracking deliveries
Communicate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, and maintain product quality
Monitor stock levels and help forecast demand in coordination with warehouse and production teams
Maintain accurate purchasing records, order statuses, and supplier information




Support inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, production, and brand
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes
Provide backup support to the Purchasing Manager as needed

What You’ll Bring
Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with some exposure to supervisory tasks
Solid organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
