CPK VENTURES PTY LTD, operating OOSHMAN Penrith, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to manage its busy quick-service food outlet.

Key duties

Manage the outlet’s daily retail operations and service standards;

Determine product range, stock levels and pricing;

Manage purchasing, suppliers, inventory and wastage;

Monitor sales, expenses, budgets and financial transactions;

Recruit, roster, train and supervise staff;

Implement marketing and promotional activities;

Maintain high customer-service standards;

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety and franchise procedures; and

Report on operational and financial performance.

Requirements

AQF Diploma or higher in business, retail or hospitality management, or at least three years of relevant experience;

Previous management experience in a rapid-food, takeaway or quick-service restaurant;

Robust staff-management, rostering, stock-control and budgeting skills;

Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety requirements; and

Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
