Role Description This full-time Psychologist (Registered or Provisional) role is based in Sydney, NSW and offered as a hybrid position, combining onsite work with some work from home. The psychologist will deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to employees, including individual counseling, brief interventions, and group-based programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, preparing transparent clinical reports, and collaborating with clients, referrers, and internal stakeholders to support workplace mental health outcomes.

The role involves contributing to injury management and return-to-work plans,



and supporting corporate health initiatives such as mental health education and resilience training. The psychologist will maintain accurate records, adhere to professional and ethical standards, and participate in supervision and ongoing professional dev elopment.Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology, including theoretical knowledge and application in workplace and clinical contexts
Experience or training in Counseling and Mental Health support, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Competence in Psychological Assessment, including case formulation, report writing, and outcome measurement
Registration or provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain registration)
Excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills across diverse workplace settings
Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, managing time and caseload effectively
Experience in corporate health, occupational rehabilitation, or organizational psychology is highly regarded
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development
